New Poland-China container rail service

PKP CARGO CONNECT and cargo-partner have teamed up to offer a new route that links Schavemaker's terminal in Kąty Wrocławskie (southwestern Poland) with Xi'an, Zhengzhou, Qingdao, Chongqing, and Chengdu.

Trains will travel via Małaszewicze on the Polish-Belarusian border three times per week, each carrying 42 containers.

The new service's transit time amounts to 14-18 days.

"The new connection between the terminal in Kąty Wrocławskie and China is another step in the expansion of operator connections on the New Silk Road route. Thanks to good cooperation with cargo-partner we provide logistic services in international system. This gives us a unique opportunity to be a part of global supply chains and to be counted among the small group of companies that have the competences to provide such services. This, in turn, translates into a positive perception by international customers and the associated opportunities for development and expansion," Ivan Ružbacký, PKP CARGO CONNECT's CEO, highlighted.
