Trelleborg's ferry berth no. 5 - reconstructed

On 16 April, Unity Line's ro-pax Galileusz was the first to make a call to the refurbished berthing place in the Swedish seaport.

The reconstruction was made in order to accommodate the line's ferry Wolin. Specifically, the stern ramp was moved northwards, whereas the quay side was adapted for Wolin's quarter ramp to enable side unloading.

"Both Unity Line and Port of Trelleborg were satisfied that everything worked well and that all of Unity Line's four ferries in Port of Trelleborg can enter ferry berth no. 5 now," a press release from the Trelleborg port read.
