TT-Line's second Green Ship enters traffic

After 53 days of voyage from the Far East, Peter Pan called to Travemünde's Skandinavienkai on 23 January 2023, from which she departed for Trelleborg on the night of 31 January.

The new Peter Pan is a sister ship of the April 2022-introduced GT 56k Nils Holgersson. The gas-run ro-pax newbuilds offer room for 800 passengers and 4,000 lane metres for cargo.

The duo also features several emission-reduction solutions, including energy-saving air conditioning, heat recovery, LED lighting, and an AI algorithm that advises the crew on the optimal parameters of operating the ferries.

On her way from Yantai, Peter Pan carried construction machinery to Zeebrugge. In the Belgian port, she took 750 cars for unloading in Rostock.

It is the sixth Peter Pan in TT-Line's fleet's history. The previous one was renamed Tinker Bell.
