SOL boosts its Gothenburg-Zeebrugge service

Following nearly a doubling in volumes over 2017's Q1, Swedish Orient Line has increased the sailing frequency on the route in question to seven per week in both directions.

Lately, the company offered two additional weekly runs between the RoRo Terminal in Gothenburg and PSA Wielingendok in Zeebrugge during peak periods.

"With the additional sailings, we can fulfil the growing demand of our customers. To further improve the booking process and the usability for our clients, we are currently developing our online booking system," Ragnar Johansson, SOL's Managing Director, said.

The Gothenburg-Zeebrugge 34 hr crossing has been in SOL's portfolio since November 2014, and is currently served by three ro-ro vessels, each offering approx. 2,600 lane metres of cargo capacity.
